The system maintains record to very minute detail to the extent that even a holding of individual army can be tracked by the system. The very functioning of purchase and issue of different goods in the Royal Nepal Army depend upon this system. This system also keeps track of all items issued to individual army personnel over the period of time giving up to the minute details information over the network spread across different Ganas (Battalions & Units). A module of this system also keeps track of arms and ammunitions and vehicles. The recording of purchase orders, requisitions by different departments are well handled by the system and it keeps audit of all the events.
